Prickled.ai

We take the stress & expense out of AI adoption.

Here at Prickled, we believe the opportunities available to early adopters of AI should be known and accessible to everyone. No experience, no department, no consulting budget. That used to decide who got taken seriously. Not anymore. We bring the expertise and true engagement at every stage of the process. You leave owning what we build.
// definition
prickle/ˈprɪk.əl/ · noun

A group of hedgehogs. Here, a tight circle of ambitious people building in the same direction, sharing signal and reach.

P.03// why now

You're renting your credibility.

01// the platform
Someone else’s terms

The work that proves you are good sits on a platform that can change its terms on a Tuesday.

02// the people
Siloed ownership, no backup

The way the work actually gets done was never written down. It lives with four people, and it leaves when they do.

03// the rollout
Back on the spreadsheet

Your last rollout was a webinar, and six weeks later everyone was quietly back on the old spreadsheet, which is what your team now expects from the next one.

Own the strategy. Build the workflows with the people who actually have to run them. Give those people something of their own, and adoption stops being something you enforce.

P.04// four stages

Four stages, from first read to owned advantage.

Built with you, owned by you.

You are not underqualified.
You are unlaunched.

What owning it looks like, at your size

Four stages. Every one of them starts with the same free thirty minute read, six questions and one written observation, with no pitch until the last two minutes.

REMAP Skill Lab for Graphic Designers

For the brand implementers whose craft is quoted at half what it is worth while the tools take the credit.

  • Redeploy what you already do, at the level you already do it
  • Where AI belongs in your process, and where it does not
  • Priced and positioned for the work, not the software
  • You leave with owned assets to scale your business on day one
Take a seat

One room at a time, small enough that the work is actually read. Female-led industries are remapped first, because that is where the gap between what the work is worth and what it is priced at runs widest.

November 2026

Marketing and Social Managers

The captions, the calendar and the first draft all got automated. Strategy, taste and knowing the audience did not.

December 2026

Bookkeepers

The categorising is going to software. The judgement calls, the clean-up and the trust are the part worth charging for.

Join the waitlist →
January 2027

Career Coaches

The resume, the letter, the profile: a tool drafts all three now. What it cannot do is read where someone actually stands.

Public Educators

A model will draft the lesson. It will not read the room, and the room is the job.

Join the waitlist →

A waitlist is a demand signal, not a holding pen. Whichever room fills first is the one we build next, so the order above is a plan rather than a promise.

P.06// the compound

Five pillars. One Owned Advantage.

Each pillar feeds the next, and AI runs inside every one of them. It compounds every turn.

Notice where the tech sits. Fourth, not first. Your competition can buy every tool you own by Friday. What nobody can buy is the sequence: what you are for, what your hours are worth, who you can reach. That is what decides the stack, and it is why the advantage compounds instead of expiring.

01 / Personal Brand

Know yourself

Your story, your culture, your goal, and how you actually play to win, not how you wish you did.

02 / Skills Innovation

Know your worth

Everyone will tell you to upskill. We start by remapping your existing skills to maximize ROI and leverage your passion.

03 / Network Engagement

Know your reach

Friends, family, social, professional, and a prickle of peers. Each in the right order, on the right platforms, always on purpose.

04 / Antifragile Tech

Own the stack

We begin tech consults with options aligned to your strategy, backed by our cost simulator, so every decision is made in confidence, never by urgency or default.

05 / Prickled Advantage

Compound it

Data-backed evaluations and celebrations, so the rest keeps compounding. The one pillar that never finishes.

P.07// the formula
(
you bringDrive
+
you defineVision
+
we buildStrategy
) ×
inside every pillarAI
=
goal reached

You bring the drive and define the vision. We build the strategy with you. AI multiplies instead of adding, because it amplifies what you already have rather than standing in for it.

// the quiet part, out loud
Adoption isn't built on fear. It isn't a savings-draining master class. It's built on capability and opportunity. That's why every engagement leaves your people owning something. Capability in their hands, not a dependency on ours.
Your spotlight, not ours.
We put the tool in your hands. We build what actually pays you back. Then we fade into the background.
// Monét Reid, founder · Prickled.ai

// capability, in your hands
// straight answers

Questions, answered straight.

Why not just do it alone?

You can, and plenty do. The hard part alone isn't the building, it's reading your own position from outside it. We bring that outside read and the order to do things in, so you don't spend a year upskilling into something a remap would have solved in a week.

What is a quill?

A credential, and the mark you are known by. Each one records a pillar you finished and points at the work you produced, so the credential and the proof travel together. It verifies from your own website, so it still checks out even if Prickled disappears. It says what you did, never what you are, which is why it never expires and nobody can revoke it.

What if I need a certificate?

You get one. Each quill records the pillar you completed and the work you produced, it names Prickled as the issuer, and it goes in the Licenses and Certifications section of your LinkedIn like any other credential. It verifies from your own website, so it still checks out even if Prickled disappears. What it is not is accredited, and we will never call it that. If your employer needs an accredited or CEU-bearing program for reimbursement, this is not that, and we would rather tell you now than after you have paid.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You bring the drive and define the vision. We build the strategy with you, and AI does the lifting inside every step. If you can describe what you want, you can run this. Nothing to code, nothing to babysit.

What do I actually walk away with?

From the first quill: a live website, your digital business card, your Owned Advantage Strategy, and your skill signature. Keep going and you add your remap, your reach, and your own stack. Built with you, owned by you. Not a rental you keep paying for, an asset you keep.

How is this different from an agency or a course?

An agency rents you their capability and bills you forever. A course hands you information and leaves you to it. We build it with you, or when speed matters more we build it for you, and either way you get the keys and we fade into the background.

Is this online or in person?

The prickle and the First Quill run live online, on video, in a room of eight. A cohort that only works if you can drive to it is not a cohort. Company work is the other way round: if you are in Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary or Wake Forest I come to you, and there is a virtual option every time. I am looking at rooms to run the cohorts in person too. That will be an addition, never a requirement.

What does it cost?

The prickle is $29 a month for the first 100 members, and that is two live classes a month plus the room. The First Quill is $2,000 for the first three cohorts and $3,000 after, for three weeks and eighteen hours in the room. The Audit is from $3,000 for a fixed two weeks, so there is no scoping conversation before you start. The Operation is from $12,000 and priced by headcount, scoped together on the free 30 minutes, with no surprise retainers. And the stack underneath runs lean, usually less than you already spend on tools you don't own.

What happens on the free consult?

Thirty minutes on one question: is this the right fit, both ways? You leave with a written read on where you stand today across capable, credible, network, capacity, time, and experience. That read is the first move of the whole framework, and it's yours whether we work together or not.
