I come from the discipline that companies pay for when they want to change: strategy and transformation. The frameworks that move whole organizations, applied one careful decision at a time. Somewhere along the way I noticed the obvious thing nobody was doing with it. That same discipline, the part that actually ages well, was never pointed at the person. It was spent on the org chart, then left at the office.
So I pointed it at myself first.
I designed my own impression before I sold anyone else's.
Before Prickled™ was a company, it was a proof. I built monetsimpression.ai as my own flagship: my strategy, my presence, my tools, owned by me and portable anywhere. Not a resume. A living asset that works whether or not I'm in any particular job.
