AI Strategy & Adoption// For one person or a whole company
Prickled.ai

Small used to mean last in line. It doesn’t anymore, and almost nobody has noticed.

Goal first, people next, tech carries. The strategy that used to need a consulting budget now runs on one person or a whole team. I bring the method, the sequence and the tools. You leave owning what we build, not renting it back from me. In person across Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary and Wake Forest, and remote everywhere else.
// definition
prickle/ˈprɪk.əl/ · noun

A group of hedgehogs. Here, a tight circle of ambitious people building in the same direction, sharing signal and reach.

P.02// why now

You're renting your capability.

Your AI runs on a platform that can change its terms on a Tuesday. Your process lives in the heads of four people you cannot afford to lose. Your last rollout was a webinar, and six weeks later everyone was quietly back on the old spreadsheet.

Own the strategy. Build the workflows with the people who actually have to run them. Give those people something of their own, and adoption stops being something you enforce.

Antifragile

Built to gain from disorder, not just survive it.

Diversified

Business, side line, or the role you're in. Every route widens your income and your skills.

Owned

Built with you, owned by you. No dependency, no lock-in.

P.025// for the business

Built for the business. Felt by the people in it.

P.03// pricing

Start with a read. Build from what it tells you.

Built with you, owned by you. Every path starts with a free 30 minutes, in person, no strings.

You are not underqualified.
You are unlaunched.

Two ways in, both founding priced. The room is cheap on purpose. The cohort is where you actually launch. Founding rates hold until the seats and the first hundred are gone, and early members keep their price for good.

Founding · first 100
01 / THE PRICKLE
// start in the room

The prickle

Where you start building credibility before you launch it. Two live classes a month, a room of people doing the same work, and somewhere to ask the question you would rather not ask publicly.

$29 /month
  • Founding price for the first 100 members
  • Two live classes every month
  • A room of people doing the same work
  • Cancel whenever. Your price never moves.

02 / THE FIRST QUILL
// launch in three weeks · next cohort 16 sept

The First Quill

The same work pointed at one person, and it exists to launch your credibility and get it marketing you. Three weeks, six live sessions, eight seats.

$2,000 founding · $3,000 after
  • Position yourself, then build the proof under your own name
  • Launch it by teaching it live
  • Leave running the marketing yourself
  • Eight seats. Next cohort 16 September.

// for a business

The same method, run on a whole company instead of one person. Prices below are starting points. We scope the exact number together.

01 / THE READ
// start here · from $3,000

The Read

Two weeks. An operational diagnosis, a ranked AI roadmap that says what to do in what order and why, an honest read on where your team actually stands, and one workflow implemented so you feel it work before you commit to anything bigger.

  • A ranked roadmap, not a list of tools
  • A capability read on your team
  • One workflow built and running
  • Ends in a scoped plan, not a report

02 / THE OPERATION
// the transformation · from $12,000

The Operation

Eight to ten weeks. Strategy, workflows built with the people who actually run them, your own configured AI system, and training that is not a webinar. Priced by headcount.

  • Workflows built with your team, not around them
  • Your own configured AI system
  • A career asset for every person on your team
  • Data-driven decisions, taught and built in

03 / STANDING ORDER
// keep it current · from $1,200/mo

Standing Order

For businesses who finished an Operation. The stack moves every month, so this is how you stay ahead of it without hiring anyone to do it.

  • One new workflow every month
  • A staff refresh as the tools change
  • A quarterly strategy review
  • Cancel whenever. You keep everything.

P.05// the compound

Five pillars. One Owned Advantage.

Each pillar feeds the next, and AI runs inside every one of them. It compounds every turn.

Rented capability disappears the day the terms change. Owned capability compounds.

You are not stuck because you lack ability. You are stuck in one specific place, and a tool will not find it, because tools start with the workflow and the block is further back.

Your paid work has a record. The rest of it does not. Put them in one place you own and they start feeding each other.

Silent income is work nobody pays you for. Silent cost is hours nobody bills you for. You are running both, and only the subscription shows up on a statement.

That is what AI fluency looks like in practice. Not knowing the tools, but knowing what to build, what to rent and what to borrow, and what your own hours are worth. Completed Anthropic’s AI Fluency: Framework and Foundations, August 2026.

01 / Personal Brand

Know yourself

Your story, what you are actually for, and an honest read of where you actually stand today.

02 / Skills Innovation

Know your worth

Remap before you upskill. The same skill is priced very differently from one room to the next.

03 / Network Engagement

Know your reach

Friends, family, social, professional, and a prickle of peers. All of it, on purpose.

04 / Prickled Advantage

Compound it

Evaluate, celebrate the wins, compound them. This is the pillar that never finishes.

05 / Antifragile Tech

Own the stack

What to build, what to rent, what to borrow. Decided with everything you now know, never defaulted into.

P.06// where it started

I didn't change the method.
I changed who it was for.

monetsimpression.ai was a showcase of enterprise-grade AI transformation, built on the frameworks companies pay for when they want to change. I built it for myself, before Prickled was a company, and it has not changed since. What moved is not the method. It is who I aim it at.

01It was enterprise grade from the start.I come from strategy and transformation, the discipline companies buy when they want to change. I pointed the whole of it at one person, and the person was me.
02People asked how.“You built that from scratch?” They stopped weighing where I was and started seeing what I could do.
03Then they wanted their own.Someone wanted one for networking events, so I built them a digital business card on their own device. Then someone asked whether they could run ads for themselves. They could.
04The demand became a company.Prickled.ai is what happened when enough people asked. The build was already the recipe, so I wrote it down and started running it for other people.
05Customized, not simplified.The method never moved. I aimed it at the people and businesses I believe hold the most advantage in the era of AI, and who almost everyone else is still serving last.

goal reached

You bring the drive and define the vision. We build the strategy with you. AI multiplies instead of adding, because it amplifies what you already have rather than standing in for it.

// the stance
Adoption isn't built on fear. It isn't a savings-draining master class. It's built on capability and opportunity. That's why every engagement leaves your people owning something. Capability in their hands, not a dependency on ours.
Your spotlight, not ours.
We put the tool in your hands. We build what actually pays you back. Then we fade into the background.
// Monét Reid, founder · Prickled.ai
// capability, in your hands
// straight answers

Questions, answered straight.

Why not just do it alone?

You can, and plenty do. The hard part alone isn't the building, it's reading your own position from outside it. We bring that outside read and the order to do things in, so you don't spend a year upskilling into something a remap would have solved in a week.

What is a quill?

A credential, and the mark you are known by. Each one records a pillar you finished and points at the work you produced, not a course you sat through. It verifies from your own website, so it still checks out even if Prickled disappears. It says what you did, never what you are, which is why it never expires and nobody can revoke it.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You bring the drive and define the vision. We build the strategy with you, and AI does the lifting inside every step. If you can describe what you want, you can run this. Nothing to code, nothing to babysit.

What do I actually walk away with?

From the first quill: a live website, your digital business card, your Owned Advantage Strategy, and your skill signature. Keep going and you add your remap, your reach, and your own stack. Built with you, owned by you. Not a rental you keep paying for, an asset you keep.

How is this different from an agency or a course?

An agency rents you their capability and bills you forever. A course hands you information and leaves you to it. We build it with you, or when speed matters more we build it for you, and either way you get the keys and we fade into the background.

What does it cost?

The prickle is $29 a month for the first 100 members, and that is two live classes a month plus the room. The First Quill is $2,000 for the first three cohorts and $3,000 after, for three weeks and eighteen hours in the room. The Read is from $3,000 for a fixed two weeks, so there is no scoping conversation before you start. The Operation is from $12,000 and priced by headcount, scoped together on the free 30 minutes, with no surprise retainers. And the stack underneath runs lean, usually less than you already spend on tools you don't own.

What happens on the free consult?

Thirty minutes on one question: is this the right fit, both ways? You leave with a written read on where you stand today across capable, credible, network, capacity, time, and experience. That read is the first move of the whole framework, and it's yours whether you join or not.
