Privacy Policy
Prickled, LLC ("Prickled.ai", "we") runs this site and this business. This page says plainly what we collect, why, and what we will never do. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected] and ask.
The short version. We collect what you type into our one contact form, plus Google Analytics visit data so we can see which pages are useful. If you open our scheduler, Cal.com sets its own cookies and receives what you type to book the time. Google Analytics sets a cookie. We do not sell your data, we run no advertising pixels, and we do not use your personal information to train AI models. You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time.
1. If you only visit the site
We use Google Analytics 4 to count page views, referrers, approximate location, and which device and browser you used. Being specific about what that means:
- It sets a cookie in your browser (named
_ga) so a repeat visit is not counted as a brand new person. It expires after two years. - Google is a third party. The data goes to Google as well as to us, and Google handles it under its own terms. You can read those at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
- We have not turned on Google's advertising features. No Google Signals, no ad personalization, no remarketing audiences, no linked ad account. We do not use this data to follow you around other websites, and we do not sell or share it.
- We look at it in aggregate. We are asking which pages people read, not who you are.
If you would rather not be counted, Google publishes an opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and most browsers let you block third-party scripts or clear cookies. Blocking it does not change anything about how the site works for you.
Our host (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention.
We run no advertising pixels, no remarketing tags, and no third-party ad trackers of any kind.
2. If you send us the contact form
The form asks for your name, email, what fits you, and what you're building. It also records which page you submitted from and any campaign tag in the link you followed, so we know which of our work is actually useful.
That submission goes to three places, all of them ours:
| Where | Why |
|---|---|
| Airtable | Our record of who reached out, so nothing gets lost |
| Resend | Sends you an acknowledgement and alerts us |
| Telegram | Notifies Monét on her phone |
We use it to reply to you and, if you asked to hear from us, to send you what you asked for. Every email we send has a working unsubscribe, honored immediately. We do not add you to any list you did not ask for.
3. If you book a call
Our scheduler is Cal.com. If you open it, Cal.com loads in your browser and sets its own cookies so the calendar works and remembers your booking.
When you book, you give Cal.com your name, your email and your time zone, and it may record anything you type into the booking notes. Cal.com processes that on our behalf and sends it to us. We use it to hold the time and to prepare for the call, nothing else.
You can read a page on this site without ever loading the scheduler. It only runs when you choose to open it.
4. If you become a client
Clients trust us with three sensitive things: their story, their working materials, and their AI configuration. How each is handled is a design principle of the product, not just a policy.
- What you build lives in your accounts. Your site, files, and AI configuration are built in your own repositories and accounts from day one. We access them during the engagement with your permission. We never become their owner or their home.
- We hold working copies only while we're working. At handoff we return or delete them, except records we must keep for tax and contract purposes.
- Your configuration is yours. We do not reuse your configuration, your materials, or prompts about you for other clients or for our marketing without your written permission.
- Payment is handled by our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.
5. AI and your data
We build with AI tools, openly. Two commitments about that:
- We do not submit your personal information or client materials to any AI tool for the purpose of training models, and we configure the tools we use so your material is not used for training.
- Where a deliverable was substantially AI-generated, we tell you. You are never led to believe a machine draft was hand-written, or the reverse.
6. How long we keep things
Contact-form submissions: up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client records: for the life of the engagement plus the period our tax and contract obligations require. Analytics: Google Analytics is set to delete user-level and event-level data after 14 months, and the _ga cookie expires after two years.
7. Your rights
Wherever you live, we will honor these on request: tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing for you to opt out of on that front.
8. Children
This site and these services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we will change the effective date at the top, and for material changes we will say so on the site. We will not quietly broaden what we do with information you already gave us.
