Terms of Use

Effective 2 August 2026 · Prickled, LLC · North Carolina, USA

These terms cover your use of prickled.ai. They are not the agreement for paid work — that is a separate signed Client Service Agreement, and where the two ever disagree, the signed agreement wins.

1. Who you're dealing with

This site is operated by Prickled, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. Contact: [email protected].

2. What the site is

Prickled.ai publishes strategy writing, free tools, and information about our services. Using the free tools or reading the articles does not create a client relationship, and nothing here is legal, financial, tax, or career advice specific to your situation.

3. The free tools and downloads

Our field tools and guides are free to use for yourself and inside your own organization. Please don't resell them, strip our name off them, or present them as your own product. Beyond that, use them well.

4. Our content

The writing, design, brand marks, and method described on this site belong to Prickled, LLC. Quote us with attribution and a link, freely. Republishing a piece wholesale requires our permission.

5. What you send us

When you send the contact form, you're telling us it's accurate and that the email address is yours. We handle what you send under our Privacy Policy. Don't send us confidential material belonging to someone else.

6. Results

We write about outcomes honestly, including our own. Nothing on this site is a promise that you will achieve any particular result. Where we show numbers or reactions from real people, they are real and used with permission, and they describe those people's experience, not a typical or guaranteed one.

7. Availability and links

We aim to keep the site up and correct, but we provide it as-is. We link to other people's sites sometimes; we don't control them and aren't responsible for what's on them.

8. Limits

To the fullest extent the law allows, Prickled, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date at the top will change when we do.
